The SARS experience tells us about how our nation worked together as one to overcome SARS. It also tells us about how selfless our people are through the various methods of giving out free cooling tea, doctors working around the clock and the government taking necessary precautions.

2) Identify the values that guided the actions that were made in the welfare of others during the SARs experience.
Bravery, courage of the doctors who helped out during the SARS period. The selflessness of the citizens was shown through their actions of boiling and giving out free cooling tea.

3) Why is it important for you to be concerned about and involved in the challenges Singapore face?
Because Singapore is our nation and we must be proud to help out with our nation's problems and challenges. We as Singaporeans have to uphold our nation's name and pride.

4) As an active and concerned member of the society, describe one way you can contribute to keeping the Singapore Spirit alive in times of peace and stability?
Simple measures such as giving out free masks during the haze already contributes to keeping the Singapore Spirit alive. This small acts build up as a whole to make our Nation proud. Even helping a blind person cross the road in Singapore is more than enough to contribute. Every single thing counts.
